AboutGlitter was born from a simple obsession : building a typeface from a single square. Placed on a grid, repeated, combined, no curves, no diagonals. Only horizontals and verticals. The constraint generates the style.
The name comes from Paillettes, a track by Gapman. Glitter is the direct translation of the word, but also a reference to pixelated LED panels and glitch, the aesthetic of a disrupted signal.
The project includes a full specimen, two cover proposals for Runners, and several posters.
